Effective December 13, 2020, libraries are mandated to be closed by the Government of Alberta. Although we cannot welcome you into the Library at this time, we are happy to bring the Library outside to you through a curbside pickup service. Craft Kits will also be able to be picked up using this service as well.
Curbside pickup service: Monday to Friday 10am-5pm
How to request curbside delivery services:
- Place items on hold using tracpac.ab.ca. Holds can also be placed by calling the library at 780-842-2673 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don’t know what you would like, give us a call and we will pick some items out for you.
- You will receive an automated phone call, text or email saying holds are ready for pick up. When you receive the notification, call 780-842-2673 to schedule a time for pick up. Staff will check the items out on your account.
- When you arrive for pick up, call 780-842-2673 and staff will bring items out to you while you wait in your vehicle. Staff will place the items in your vehicle with no physical contact.
*Please note that currently we are still receiving van run from other libraries depending on their operating procedures.
All items can be returned in our book drop located beside our front doors. Staff will be emptying the book drop on a regular basis and checking items in after the 3-day quarantine period. If you are not feeling well and are isolating, please do not return items. Call 780-842-2673 and we will renew items for you.
Curbside pickup, staffing, phone hours and other services may change at any time during this closure. Updates will be posted on our website and Facebook page as developments occur.
