If you do not feel comfortable to come into the Library, we are happy to bring the Library outside to you through a curbside pickup service.
Curbside delivery service: Monday to Friday 10am-5pm
How to request curbside delivery services:
1. Place items on hold using tracpac.ab.ca. Holds can also be placed by calling the library at 780-842-2673 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an automated phone call, text or email saying holds are ready for pick up.
2. When you receive the notification, call 780-842-2673 to schedule a time for pick up. Staff will check the items out on your account.
3. When you arrive for pick up, please come to the back door and call 780-842-2673 and staff will bring items out to you while you wait in your vehicle.
All items can be returned in our book drop located beside our front doors. Returned items will be quarantined for 3 days before checking in. Overdue fines will be waived for the quarantine period.
Note: If you are checking your account online, they will still show as checked out for the three days. If you are not feeling well and are self isolating, please do not return items. Call 780-842-2673 and we will renew items for you.
